All packages require a signature on delivery. For your security we are not able to deliver to an address different to the bill payers.

Deliveries can take place from 8am till 6pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We use UPS, Royal Mail, City Link and Parcel Force to deliver packages to our customers.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

If we¹ve sent you a shipping confirmation email, it means that your order is now on its way to you. You should get it 2-5 days after the email but occasionally it can take longer, if so please contact the delivery company listed on your dispatch confirmation.

If you have placed an order and you have inadvertently missed the delivery, you must first try to contact the courier services. If the tracking number is not available please email us your request and we will investigate for you. We will get the tracking and then ask that you advise when you will be there to take the delivery. We are not able to re-direct all deliveries as there is an extra charge.

Many customers ask us for an update on delivery time ­ unfortunately we are unable to provide this information and request that you contact the couriers directly if this is needed. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date for these when you place your order. We cannot accept any liability for delays in delivery.
